today i got this feeling in my stomach and it was kind of like butterflies but it doesn't really hurt, it just feels weird, i kno i sound like a reatard but could it b mild cramps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's most likely not pms its self, but with high level of female hormones (prosterone and estrogen) happening before your period I wouldn't worry about it to much!. If it continues on for a week then I would consider getting an opinion from a professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
