I'm not a doctor or anything but it sounds like low blood pressure!. That's just a wild guess as it could be any one of a variety of things!. I don't know what the situation is now but I know that British doctors didn't used to consider low blood pressure to be a medical problem, only high blood pressure!. German doctors took both conditions seriously!. Whatever it is, it needs sorting out because you may hurt yourself as a result of the faint - eg while cooking or swimming!.
I really think you should go for a second opinion so you can put your mind at rest!. Hopefully, your surgery has several doctors to choose from!. Try a doctor who you think will be on your wavelength & is likely to take the time to listen!. Maybe there's a doctor at the practice whom friends or family recommend for being sympathetic!.
If you're going to a single doctor practice, it makes things more tricky!. If you're in the UK, you could phone NHS Direct & the nurse will put you through to a doctor!. I'm pretty sure they're in the phone book!.
If that's not possible, maybe a qualified pharmacist can make a helpful suggestion about who you should see!.
Of course, there's always the net but make sure you're on a site where you're talking to a qualified doctor, not an interested lay person - like me!. You may have to pay for the service, though!.
Whatever you eventually choose, take the time beforehand to jot down exactly what you need to say & list all the occasions you've fainted as precisely as possible!.
I hope it all gets sorted out very soon!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
