Question: Taking that extra step to lose weight with PCOS!?
I have PCOS, and I need to lose 20 lbs to get down to a healthy weight!. I am on Metformin, follow a low carb diet, and exercise almost everyday!. I have hit a point in losing weight where I'm no longer losing anything!. I dropped 8 lbs in a month, and now I can't seem to lose anymore weight!. Is there something else I should be doing!? How many carbs should I be eating a day!? How long should I be exercising!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have heard that low carb is not worthwhile for women, because we dont metabolize things the way men do!. i dont know if that is true, so dont quote me on it! but if you have plateaued already, you may look to low cal!. if you switch and really watch what you eat, you should be able to keep off the 8 lbs already lost, and then lose some more!. i lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks just by making smart eating decisions (no sugary foods, no fast food, trying to eat balanced over all) and exercising 4 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
