Question: I have a Urinary Tract Infection & I'm on Antibiotics - Is it safe to have sex!?
I have a UTI but I am on antibiotics for it!.
Would it be okay for me to have sex or should I wait!?!?

Well, it is safe to have sex when you have a UTI but I wouldn't recommend it!. Sex can push bacteria around the urethra but if you are taking antibiotics it should be okay!.
Personally, I would wait and let the antibiotics get rid of the infection!. Just be careful too about getting a yeast infection because antibiotics are well known to give you one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should wait to have sex until the UTI is cleared up!. Otherwise the infection can be transferred to your partner by your bodily fluids!. They normally don't take that long to clear up with the help of antibiotics, simple things as UTIs can lead to much bigger problems if not treated properly, sometimes even STDs!. Antibiotics are notorious for causing yeast infections, and yeast infections can be passed back and forth between you and your partner!. Anyway, it has been my experience that you should wait until after all the antibiotics are used and make sure that there's no yeast infection!. Otherwise, you may have to start with new meds all over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
