Breast augmentation via implants doesn't do anything to your nipples; a fluid-filled sac is simply inserted into the breast or behind the chest muscle (pectoral) through an incision under the breast, around the nipple, or in the armpit!.
Breast reconstruction or restructuring on the other hand often requires that the nipple be relocated!. but it's very rarely actually completely removed!.
Talk to a surgeon who has a LOT of experience in the type of assistance you're interested in!. I think you'll find that it's not as traumatic as you may think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
