some times it just got to be like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some people begin 28 days at menarche (the onset of menstruation), while other women find that their cycles vary throughout their reproductive years!. Your cycle can change with excessive exercise and dieting; however, without knowing the degree of exercise nor your body fat percentage, it is impossible to determine if this is the cause!. Your cycle may be regulating itself into a 28 day cycle on its own!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your periods have been this irregular for this long you really need to see a gynecologist about it!.

(If you have never been to one before for a pap smear now is the time to start!. You should start getting them annually when you turn 18 or when you become sexually active, whichever comes first!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

excessive dieting/exercise can mess up your cycle!. maybe cut down the exercise just a bit and ask your doctor about getting birth control to regulate your periods!. i was on it for two years before i became sexually active because it helps a lot with hormone regulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it has been irregular this long, you really need to talk to your OB/GYN doctor!. They may put you on birth control to even it out and help you so you know when it is coming!.

Hope you find out what is going on!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes when you exercise your period come more
regular!. You should ask your doctor to see if he
can put you on Birth Controll which will regulate your
period but you still have to exercise!. Hope I helped!.
Good Luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

once is irregular is rare that your periods changes to regular but is normal!. it doesn't has to do nothing with working outWww@Answer-Health@Com
