I started my period the 6th of aug and stop today on the 8th aug my menstrual cycle is only 18 days is there something wrong i started it jan but it has always been 18 days anyways i am going on holiday the 23th aug and i am due on the 26th i really want to go swimming and stuff it only last for about 3-4 days but when it started to get to the end with little drizzles :L of blood can i get in the pool because we are going in a villa and i cant wait this really get me and and how it take 18 days for my next period Because i feel like i am always on it! You have to wear a tampon in order to swim, unless your off of your period, then you don't have to wear one!.
A tampon is your only choice, try Playtex Gentle Glide slim/slender!. Or you can try The sports tampons, you can't feel those at all!.

Believe me, its fine if you wear a tampon!. I have gone swimming without once, and I regret it, as when your in the water you can't see it, because the chlorine kills it, but when you get out it appears again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure that you use tampons that are sport tampons!. Also change them every hour or so and you should be fine!. If you get heavier periods, try changing every hour! Have a good time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
