If you're okay with talking to your mum about this stuff, tell her and maybe she can help you!.
Buy some night time pads, they're extra absorbant :)
Also incase you do leak, sleep in dark pyjammas with a towel underneat you so it don't ruin your sheets and mattress!.
As you're young you might not wanna wear tampons, but if you do they're much better!.!. incase it does leak wear like a panty liner or light pad with it so it dont ruin your undies!.
Best of luck

I'd say make sure you have an overnight pad when your heaviest days are taking place!. Also, wear tight shorts under your pj's to make sure there is no shifting of the pad!. Don't lay down face-on-pillow or face-upward because it would leak; sleep on ur sides- but, don't stay too long on one side!. Um, that's what I usually do!. Also, when your period starts to be less heavy-day 3 and 4- wear normal pads; the sleeping pads are just a suggestion because if you just wear the tight shorts, you won't really need it!. By the end of the period, however, you can start wearing panty liners since it's not really going to go through your pants anymore!. If you begin to have cramps, you can take Pamprin or Midol; they don't work for me so I take Ibuprofen! If you want to use a tampon, ask for permission because people seem to always feel different about that topic-ask your mom!. However, due note that you will need to change it a couple of times during the night!.

Don't worry- It will happen a couple more times- It happens to all of usWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pads with wings can help with leaking out the sides!. Or you can forgo pads and just stick an old towel between your legs or under you (depending on how heavy your flow is) and sleep au natural!. Using an old set of sheets wouldn't hurt, either, if you go that route!.

Cold water gets blood stains out!. Never wash them in hot water, it just sets them!. Rub a bit of soap on any spots and damped with cold water!. Scrub a bit with your fingers/fingernails and rinse!. Repeat as necessary to get most of it out, then chuck it in the washer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As in!.!.!.!.!.leak like you usually do on your period!?
That's normal!.
That has to happen, because your body doesn't exactly know when not to release blood!.
Try wearing a special overnight pad, Always makes them!.
They give you extra protection and are longer, so the blood doesn't slide down to your butt and get all over your bed sheets!.
