Question: HELP! Am I under weight!!?
I'm only in my early teens but I'm 5'10 and weigh 110
I eat a lot but I never gain weight!.
I also exercise a lot because I play a ton of sports!.!.!.

I'm 14, 5'8 and 101 pounds, but i look like i have a healthy body, and it's not bad like most people have short and stubby bodies!.
i need to gain 4 pounds to reach a healthy BMI, right now i'm underweight, but i don't think you should gain weight!
i used to be 105 pounds but then i went down to 100!.
i eat a lot of junk food like cheese crackers, chips, and chocolate!.
It's because i need to eat more healthy protein, like fish and stuff!.
But I never seem to have normal food in my house like most people do!.
But I would suggest you stay the way you are,
I don't have an eating disorder either but I can't seem to gain weight!.
and i don't have bones and stuff sticking out,
but i have skinny wrists, and long legs!.
but i don't have one of those straight bodies!.!. i have really bowed legs (wide) and it's more of an hourglass which is suprising cause of how skinny i am!.
i'm completely different from my friends, they're all short
and chubby
one question though, how old are you!? if you're 18 i think you should gain weight!. but be lucky you're that skinny,
cause the way i am got me into modeling :)

I am the same way and i viseted my doctor and she told me that it is just my body type!. and i cant really do anything about it!. she recommended protein shakes or smoothies to help gain weight!. but its nothing to worry about:]Www@Answer-Health@Com
YES!. At 110 pounds you should be about 5'3 or 5'4!. You should gain probably 20 pounds, talk to your doctor about doing it safely!.
