Which works better, Midol or Pamprin!? I have been getting wicked bad cramps with the heavy period ;p Plus I just started my period a couple of days ago! UGH this sucks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always found that plain old store brand Ibuprofen works as good as anything else!. A heating pad or hot water bottle also helps!. Deep breathing has helped me too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it depends on the type of Midol or Pamprin, but the kind that's made of naproxem sodium (it should say that somewhere on the label) works the best for me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have never tried Pamprin, I use Midol, but midol works really well for me!. When I use it I completely forget im on my period, which is saying something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

and sometimes it's so bad, the only thing to relieve me is to get in a hot bath!. I put my laptop on the toilet and watch movies,!.!.!. all day!!

Midol!.!.!. also ibuprofen is good it helps me a lot and I get terrible cramps every month! :( good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I no what you meen about the bad cramps!. Midol works pretty well but ibprofen is the BEST! Taking long showers and baths really help 2!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have never tried either of those, but I find that 3 ibuprofens make my cramps disappear within 10 minutes!. They work like a charm!.
