I've tried it during my period and it helps you feel better by having no or less pain and symptoms of my irritability seemed to be much less much to my husband's appreciation but honestly i found it to be pretty helpful!.
It isn't designed to change the nature of your period flow itself!. For that you'd need to look into birth control pills which can help your period be significantly less and sometimes pretty helpful for that reason alone along with it's obvious help with birth control itself!. I had a few friends that took it to reduce their period which they loved so much better!.

read the midol bottle!. It is the same drug as tylenol, with a little caffiene added (to make you feel less sluggish) and a diuretic (to help you pee so you feel less bloated everywhere!.) So basicall you could drink more water and get that result!. Midol is just a way to sell medicine!. Tylenol will do the same!.
