Question: Question 4 girls about shaving "down there"

Answers:
The itch is from your hair growing back in and poking through the skin, theres not a lot you can do about that!.
The red bumps are in-grown hairs!. The best way to get rid of them is pick the hair out with some tweezers!. An ingrown hair is basically a hair that grows out of the body, then the end of it somehow gets turned back towards the body and begins to grow back into the skin!. If you pick them out then the red bump will go away!.
Rule of thumb for shaving:
1) let the hair grow out a little bit before shaving it again!. if it's still really short its going to hurt like crazy to shave again, and it will cause many more ingrown hairs, plus some razor burn
2) Shave WITH the way the hair grows!. So, shave downwards!. Don't shave the opposite way!. it's a good way to get cut, and ingrown hairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shaving your hair down there!? Yowch!
That's a VERY sensitive area and it's not advisable to shave off all the hair around your privates, because the hair is there to keep harmful bacteria out!. You can also get shaving cuts and those won't look too pretty there later on!.
Just let your hair grow out and then trim it down!. It's the most comfortable way (in my opinion) to keep yourself!.
I shave away all the hair that can be seen by a bikini and then trim the hair so that it is very short!.
This way, no itchy red bumps and time consuming shaving!. I also found that trimming your hair last longer and you don't have to do it as often because your not constantly shaving away stubble that grows overnight!.
With trimming, you just trim once a week or so and there's no problem!. It's cleaner when your period comes, and theres no hair being pulled on clothes and I also think it makes you look sort of childish to be hairless there!. Like you have gone through puberty and such!.
But, if you insist on shaving, then try to use a thick shaving cream, and then always use a fresh, sharp blade!. Dull ones tend to hurt more and give more red bumps!. Rub a lotion over the red bumps and that usually tends to soothe the itchy and redness!.

any time you shave an area that isn't shaved so often and especially in a dark moist place like the bikini line, the follicles are bound to become irritated!. The more you shave, the more likely your skin will adjust!.
Baby powder can help keep the area dry to avoid irritation while you wait for the hair to grow back in!. Just keep it on the skin and no-where else, for health reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really helps if you shave in the direction the hair is growing instead of the opposite direction, which is what most people do!. Also, it helps if you put body cream on the shaved area when you get out of the shower!. Finally, not wearing undies or thong or anything at night helps too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
