Question: Is this muscle or fat!?!
Okay, well I have an issue with my legs!. I think they are fat, but my mom is always telling me "You play volleyball, it's just muscle!" or "Your body is just maturing" but I don't think muscle looks big!. Look:

I was a gymnist for years!.I understand your problem!.IF you can flex it it is not fat! If you have fat on your legs and you build more muscle ,the muscle just pushes the fat out -making them look even fatter!.It is kind of a visous cycle!. I work out daily to keep them toned!.!.They are bigger but toned !. I"m sure you are the same way since you are an athlete!.

I wouldn't worry about it until they have stretch marks, or look like curds of cottage cheese on them! Your beautiful and don't need to stress over anything more than your grades right now!. Enjoy life for now! Worry about your thighs after you have the kids!Www@Answer-Health@Com
