Question: When will my period come!?!?
I've had vaginal discharge for almost a year, or an year!.!.!.ive gotten hair "down there"!.!.!.!.!.any suggestions or advice on periods!?!? =D

You will get it when your times right, it sounds as though you're in the pre stages of puberty!.
Don't worry though, enjoy period free life - i miss it loads !

Shave/trim your pubic hair so blood don't get in it - awfully messy!
At night time wear night time pads if you're a long sleeper with a heavy flow :)
I would reccomend tampons, but if you dont wanna use em pads are fine!

Your doctor is the best one to answer your question!. But the standard answer is that your period comes a year or two after you first start developing!. It varies by individual!. A really good book for periods and changing bodies is the American Girl Book "The Care & Keeping of You: The Body Book for Girls"!. You can find it on Amazon!.com at

advice: wear tampons when swimming!. i know it sounds obvious, but i've had friends who wear pads, and it's not clean and kinda feels wierd!. also you can see the pads through your suit, eww!. so wear tampons, they're not that bad!.

it took me 2 years after vaginal discharge to get mine!. Yours may come soon it depends on your body parts!. but just in case have a spare of underwear with you and a pad cause it may come at any time!. it likes to surprise people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i was the same as you and just barely started (im 15) its really nothing to worry about be lucky you dont have to deal withit quit yet! if you dont start by the time your 16 your doctor will give you a hormon shot to make you startWww@Answer-Health@Com
