It'll probably be ok!. If you look up information about vomiting up the pill, it's usually only a concern if you vomit within 4 hours of taking the pill!. (I think it does depend on the type, but most of them should be absorbed by then!.) So if you took it yesterday at 1pm and didn't vomit until the next morning, that'll be what 20 hours or something so you should be fine!.
If you vomit this afternoon though after taking your 1pm pill, that could be a concern!.
