If it is not due to PMS or your menstrual cycle, it is possible that your sensitivity is coming from drinking too much caffeine (tea, coffee and/or colas are the culprits here)!. There are women who get this reaction to caffeine, some to the point where little benign fibrous cysts develop and cause significant pain and sensitivity!. This really needs to be examined by your doctor!. I hope you find some relief from your pain soon!.!.!.Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

At what time in your menstrual cycle do your boobs usually hurt!? Because, tender boobs can also be one of the signs of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)!. Like me, my breasts become tender about a week before my menses start !.!.!. most months it happens, but sometimes I don't have it too!. It is just normal!. It is a result of the hormones in your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't go to a hospital, just go to your local doctor and get them checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if they are both sore at the same time i wouldnt worry too much!.!. if you are concerned though you should go to your doctor not the hospital

The only normal reasons I know of are periods or trauma (getting hit in the boobs)!.
I think you should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should tell your mom!.
maybe she could tell you if shes ever had any problems related to thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
