Question: How to get clear skin!!!!! Help!!!!!
Okay I am 12 1/2 almost 13 and I have my period and a sign is acne and I get bad break outs!. I use nuetrgenia ( sorry can not spell) cloths and they don't really work also I have used the stress control but they don't really work they both clear some zits and white heads away!. Also what is a white head really!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I highly recommend going to your family doctor and asking for a prescription to help clear your acne!. You could also go to a dermatologist!. The doctor can prescribe antibiotics and other pills that help your skin to clear up!. They can also give you topical ointments that are a lot stronger than things you get at the drugstore!.

Try washing your face twice a day with bar soap and warm water!. If you don't notice a difference in a week or 2, then try using a cleanser!. Proactiv has a really good cleanser (not the 3 step process, just the cleansing part) if THAT doesn't clear up some of your acne, then you can see a doctor!.
Also, changing your pillow cases once a week would help!. This would keep from spreading the oils that are produced on your face!. Try washing your hair more often, if you don't already do it every day, or every other day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use rubbing achol (sp!?) an clean an clear!. an evry morning when u wake up jus use soap an water an clean your face!.
