Question: Playtex SPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!. help
i think i am going to start to use playtex sport!. I have never used a tampon before and i will be 14 in oct!. i started my period in dec!. I run cross country and track and i am going to try out for cheer leading!.!.!.!. I think this is the best tampon to use!. i want ot use a small one>> Any other suggestions!?!?!? thanx

Well Playtex sport was the first tampon I used too, my friend actually recommended that I use them and I am glad I did!. I am very active and I love Playtex sport!. Definitely you should use Playtex sport! there is also another tampon playtex makes called Playtex gentle glide, I myself have never used these before but I hear they work very well and are great for first time users!. They have the save design that the sport tampon does its just really a different name!. Gentle glide comes in multi packs and you can get them in boxes of 18, 36, or 72!.!.!. since I dont goto the city that often I am going to buy the box of 72 lol
another great thing about playtex is that they have the plastic applicators which is better because its easier to insert, I have tried tampax cardboard and those were harder and a little painful to insert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i haven't tried sport yet, but playtex gentle glide works really well!.
i would get a multi pack, that way you can start off using a lite one for your first try, and when it comes to doing track & cheerleading, you'll be able to use regulars & supers for preotection!. & remember to wear a liner just in case!
every box of tampons comes with an instuction pamplet!. if you are still confused, ask your mother for help!.
some tips:
-use a hand mirror to see where the tampon goes
-relax & remember to breathe
-just close your eyes and slide it in there!.
