Why does the utererus need to be expanded?!

Question: Why does the utererus need to be expanded!?

I have a disease where my body doesn't produce hormones on its own and my doctor emphasized on getting my uterus bigger!. Within a month it went from pea size to really huge!.

So why is it so important!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you plan to have kids it wont matter, right when you give birth the doctor with give a small cut on your uterus, supposely to ease the pain!.!.!. i think!?!.!.!. thats what they told us in health class
