Question: Easy, at home weightloss
im 5'2''!.!.i weigh 133 lbs!., and i have a BMI 24!.3!.!.!.what does that mean!? im pretty sure its still low health risk but its still cutting it kind of close!. i want to start a plan that i could stick with to maintain a healthy lifestyle!.!.right now i just eat fairly well, i drink a ton of water, and i walk at least a half a mile everyday!. I know i probably need more cardio but even when im in shape running is tough!.!.i have asthma and this past year it has gotten increasingly worse ( i play basketball so its not like im really out of shape it just randomly happens)!. if there is another alternative to running or a way to alternate running with something else that still works that would be even better!.i dont really know what to do or what works!.!. i need to lose at least 8 pounds!.!.!. any imput would help me a lot!.!.workouts, diet tips,exercises, anything would be great!!!! please help me it means a lot =) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally I think that your weight and BMI are just fine - close to mine, though I'm a good 5 inches taller!. What you're doing right now is good!. Try not to overexert yourself!. It doesn't pay to lose weight and then die gasping for air!. What works for me when I want to shed a couple of pounds are sit-ups: legs fully extended, 100 times twice a day!. Leg lifts: lay on your back, legs together and lifted vertically for ten seconds ten times in three sets!. No-crunch-crunches: lay on back with knees bent as though you're going to do crunches, lift your pelvis into the air until the muscles of your abdomen are tight, then hold for ten seconds, ten times in two to three sets!. These also help tighten your stomach to make it look flatter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 5'4 and weigh 120!. but it depends on youre shape!. i have an hour glass, so i look fine!.!.!.it depends, are you an hour glass or a squash!?
