Answers:
I take Yasmin (Yaz's big sister) and have never had nausea - do you normally experience nausea when starting a new b/c regimen!?

If so, try taking it at night!. The theory among medical professionals is that by taking medications at night, you're asleep when the typical side effects occur and they're gone by the time you wake up!. (Vitamins nauseate me, so I take them at night and have had no problems since!.)

If the nausea continues, try Sea Bands!. You can get them at Rite Aid or any local drugstore, and they really do help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking it in the evening, with food!.
You can take 25 mg of benadryl, or some Dramamine with it, but you don't want to do this everyday for years, of course!.
Usually it gets better as you adjust, if you can stick it out!. If not you may need a pill with less estrogen (it's the estrogen component that causes the nausea)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for me yaz was a nightmare nothing worked I felt like I was going through chemotherapy I threw up everyday at least once and almost had to leave my job bc of it I kept going home sick but hopefully
it wont be that way with youWww@Answer-Health@Com
