Question: Why do my breast hurt a lot
My breast hurt a lot even with the slightest pressure!.
I wear a bra at night because if I dont, I wake up Very sore!.
Is there something wrong with me!?
They hurt even when im not on my period!.
Help

Maybe you have a condition called cystic breast disease!. You need to make an appointment with an ob/gyn, as well as get scheduled for a mammogram!.
I have this problem, and an enormous trigger for me is caffeine!. I cannot consume it at all or my breasts will become sore, tender, almost feel "hot"!. Needless to say coffee,tea, most sodas, some headache/pain meds, dark chocolate, etc!. are out of the question!. When I stay away from them I usually only have trouble around my period!.

are you on the pill!? if so this is probably why!. also if you're very young and still developing this could be why too!. if not maybe you're pregnant!. that's all i've got!.

Dont touch them alot or feel them it should keep the pain low either that or your preggy!.
