Are there any alternative to bras?!

Yep there are!. You can buy : tops with added lift where you need it, you can have sports bras (which are very much like cropped tops which are worn by youngsters but are more designed for women with actual breasts), corsets, cropped tops, different types of bras may also suit different people aswell!. A training bra is a good type of bra if you dislike the feeling of a proper bra!.

Not really!. If you are small enough you can get away with camisole shirt that has a built in bra shelf, but if you are bigger than a B cup it won't be very supportive for you!. You just have to get used to it!. Also make sure you have a correctly fitting bra that will help you deal with it better!. Go to a place that can measure you and help you find the correct fit!.
