i started my period for the month!.!.but i have volleyball all week and i have a pool party on tuesday! can i swim in a pad or tampon!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ALWAYS wear a tampon when going swimming!.!.!. and the best kind to use is playtex sports!.!.!. I have used many different brands and sports, i believe, seem to be the best!. and when going swimming, change you're tampon when you get out of the water, because the water can make the blood on the tampon leek through you're bottoms, and if you dont want to change it that often!.!.!. wear a pair of shorts either black or a dark color that matches you're bathing suit so that incase you do forget to change your tampon, no one can really notice your "problem"!. And for volleyball wear the sports tampons!.!.!. there easy!.!.!. if your period is heavy change it more often then if it was lighter!. and once you start wearing tampons!.!.!. just forget about wearing pads!.!.!. there bluky and messy and they can leek eaiser then tampons!. if you feel comfortable using a tampon while playing a game then use a tampon or if your on ur last days you can use a pad, and never use a pad to go swimming a tampon is better, the easy glides are good because they glide in easily, just change it ever so often and you will have no problems and make sure the little string doesn't hang out, that could be a little embarrassing! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
