I have really bad gas what should I do?!


Question: I have really bad gas what should I do!?
I always seem to have gas, no matter where I am, or who I'm with!. School starts tomorrow can you give me any helpful advice for that!? Also where is an appropriate place to fart!? And can you give me any advice on making my gas go away!?

Seriously, I love this question!. I'm in the middle of evicting some bad gas right now!. I actually laughed out loud when I read it!. Anyway, with just a tiny bit of research you can find your answer!. What you're looking for is week 1 of the flat belly diet!. It's actually just a four-day program called the de-bloat phase!. This will get rid of any excess gas and heck, you might actually lose a couple of inches in your belly measurement!. Anyway, going over to www!.flatbelly!.com is probably a really good idea!. I don't know if you have to be a member though!. I do remember my fiance just LOVING the foods they have you on!. I learned some really interesting things while she's been on this diet like chewing gum actually causes you to bloat because you take in air while you're chomping!. Stop eating junk food, fast food, white bread, white carbs, mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, relish, horseradish, onions, sauerkraut, heavy salad creams, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cold cuts, bologna, smoked dry cured sausages, greasy fatty sausages with natural casings and stop drinking soda!.

Drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent to pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort!.

You should monitor what you eat!. Find the food that makes you have gas!. If you really like it just eat it occasionally!. If there is no food that makes you gassy, try Beano or Pepto-Bismol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
