Which foods promote hair growth?!


Question: Which foods promote hair growth!?
after i lost 25 lbs!. in 3 months my hair started falling out!. since i started taking a daily multivitamin and using a special shampoo it's slowed somewhat, but i'd like to do everything i can to keep my hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein: liver, brewer's yeast, fish, eggs, beans, cottage cheese, yogurt, tofu!.
Iron: liver, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, raisins!.
B Vitamins: eggs, meat, poultry!.
Essential Fatty Acids: walnuts, canola oil, fish, soy!.
Vitamin E: avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil!.
Sulfur: meats, fish, nuts, legumes, vegetables (especially onions)!.
these foods below stunts the growth of your hair!. do not eat these!!!!!

i can't give an exact answer!.
but from what i am studying now you should take more foods that full of protein such as eggs, fish or any beans!.
however, don't take too much of egg or beans if you are actually allergy to them!.
