How to fall asleep quickly?!


Question: How to fall asleep quickly!?
my thoughts are racing so i really can't go to sleep! and it's so late

*don't recommend warm milk because it doesn't work and it is disgusting
*don't recommend tea either
*don't recommend a warm bath, i'm not going to bathe again, especially not at this hourWww@Answer-Health@Com

Here's what I do when I'm really tired but can't fall asleep!.

Lay on your back, legs slightly apart with your arms slightly away from your sides!. Start by squeezing your toes really tightly, then tighten your ankles, and so forth!. Tense every muscle in your body in order from lowest to highest!. NOTE: if you have neck pain normally, don't tighten your neck, just stop at your shoulders!.

Keep the tension in your body for about a minute!. Keep your eyes shut too! After a minute or so, release all the tension and lay still!. This nearly always works for me!. I'm usually asleep within minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could play soft music, or read a book!. me i just lay on my back and i relax my self starting with my feet and working my way up!. it's some form of a yoga exercise, but it totally helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
