Question: Period and swimming[Girls Help me]
Okay my period started today and i have to go to swimming practice tomorrow what can i do!?Can i still swim!?
Should i wear a pad!?

ok take your pad of right before you get in the pool right when you get out of the pool put a nother one on!. or you could just use a tampon!. don't be sared to use a tampon it fine!.

You can still swim!. Just don't use a pad!. Use a tampon!. If you don't have one, or don't know how to use one ask a female you know to help you!.

I was on the swim team all through High School, like everyone is saying, TAMPON! If you are embarrassed, there are instructions in the box!. It is a small piece of paper with pictures and detailed directions!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
