It could be one of a few things!.

The obvious, as others have stated, could be that you are just constipated!. You could try taking one Senokot at night and then in the morning, you should have a semi-normal bowel movement!. Senokot is a natural vegetable laxative and is much milder than other over the counter chemical laxatives!.

Another could be that you may have endometriosis!. How long have you had this problem!? Is is a common thing for you for the past months!? Does it coincide with your menstrual cycle at all!?

Along the lines of endometriosis, you could also have an ovarian cyst!. Or the cyst may have just ruptured (not a totally bad thing that it ruptured, but does cause a lot of excruciating pain)!. When the cyst ruptures, the fluid leaks into your cul de sac (behind your uterus and on top of your rectum) This fluid irritates your peritoneal lining and causes that radiating pain that you are feeling in your abdomen and rectum!.

Nevertheless, you should get in to see your doctor!. You may have quicker results if you see your GYN doctor instead of your primary care, because your primary care doctor may just refer you to your GYN!.

sounds like your constipated hun, go to the chemist and get some diuretics (to help you go)!. Also try to drink plenty of fluids and eat a balanced diet, plenty of fruit and veg, things like that are more likely to keep you regular!.
If that doesn't fix it then i think you may need to see your g!.pWww@Answer-Health@Com

My best guess is that you are constipated!. Drink apple juice, prune juice, and water!. Eat raisin bran and other foods high in fiber!. If needed, you can take a stool softener such as Senokot!. Of course, if nothing helps, consult your doctor!. Hope you feel better soon! Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could very well have a polyp that is causing problems!. I know you don't want a colonoscopy, but you need one!. I would get one sooner than later!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increase your fiber and water intake, and talk to your doctor!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
