Question: Is Spearmint tea the same as Peppermint tea!?
I recently heard that drinking Spearmint tea 3X a day will reduce excess hair in women!.!.!. so I went to the grocery store, but they only had Peppermint tea, is this the same!? will Peppermint tea reduce excess hair!? If so, what would be the best brand!? Tazo!? President's Choice!? Tetley!?

While I don't really know if this is a myth or not, it's all about the leaves that were used to make the tea!. I think Spearmint Tea can be found in a specialized health food store!. There are distinct differences in the taste - but I honestly don't think drinking either will reduce excess hair!. How long do you have to drink it to see the effects!? And I'm sure there are other health benefits/risks associated with drinking herbal teas!. Some teas are good for the circulatory system and others are good for the immune system!. But no one says how long you have to consume these drinks before you see something happen!. Check WebMd for the health benefits of some teas to see what REAL drs have said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
