How to recover from disordered eating?!


Question: How to recover from disordered eating!?
Recently, I have been having some issues related to undereating and exercising!. I realized that it was an eating disorder, and my mom is working with me on this!. However, my latest period was two months ago and very light, and I skipped the next one!. Is there any way to recover!? Do I need to stop exercising completely!? How do I gain my periods back and get back on track!?

my daughter has been battling with an eating disorder for four years!.!.you need thearpy if its at all possible!.!.my daughter went for awhile but in the area i live!.!.there are very few places that actually handle eating disorders!.!.!.when you suffer from an eating disorder, your whole body goes out of wack!.!.the same thing u said happened to you happened to my daughter!.!.i think u may need to lay off the exercise and give ur body a chance to recover!.!.!.!.try to eat!.!.even if its just small snacks during the day!.!.!.just take it a day at a time and try to make urself realize u dont deserve to go thru what youre going thru!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

hmm i would say start eating normal and you sapoed to have 7 small meals a day or 3 large meals!.!.if you eat 7meals a day or 3 big meals you can still excrize just dont over excrize you should olny excrize 60 min!. a day!.!.!.i wish the best of luck with over comming your disorder!

Talk to the people closest to you, and ask for help!. Don't be shy since disordered eating is bad, and missing periods are bad also!. Try to eat small things everday, like yogurt, fruit, and sandwiches!.

You should see a nutritionist and possibly a therapist!. The nutritionist can help you get healthy physically, and the therapist can help you get back on track emotionally (which will also help your physical help)!.

no u can continue to exercise!.!.!. just make sure u eat well and healthy!.!.
it will take some time for ur body to recover!.!.!. so don't stress!.!.!.
this can also cause late periods!.!. so eventually ur periods will come normally!.!.!.

As long as you start to eat regularly and exercising healthily, your period should come back just fine!.
