How can I postpone my period?!

Question: How can I postpone my period!?
So I'd like to fend off my period for a few days!. I'm visiting my boyfriend over Labor Day weekend (Aug 30, 31, Sept 1) after having not seen him for 3 months!. And of course that's going to be about the time my active pink birth control pills turn to the green inactive ones, which means my period will start!. *curse you, hormones!* Question is, if I take the pink pills from another package of birth control for 3 days, will that make my period start later or just screw things up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
When you take your last active pill of that pack, start a new pack, so you would skip having your period!. You will end up having your period a week earlier than normal!. But it's okay!. If you are still concerined about it, call your dr's office and speak to the nurse or the doc over the phone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
