Question: Early Light Period!?!?!?!?
My period is due in 2 days but on Saturday night I started to spot, followed by bad back ache!. What causes us to have 'normal' periods some months but early light ones other months!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

who really knows!.!.!.!.sometimes when you're under a lot of stress or maybe even depressed, it messes with your menstrual cycle!. also if you're on any kind of birth control and haven't kept it on time down to the T, that could be a factor too!. otherwise!.!.!.its nothing to worry about!.!.!.!.I'm in my mid 20's and started mine when I was 14, and its always thrown me for surprises!.!.!.so no worries!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
