ok , so my mom is 53 y/o and she is now having a really heavy heavy heavy period and there was like something that looked like a huge meat (please tell me what it is) on her pad!.
is this normal for a woman at her age because i think she's getting menopause!?i asked her to go to the hospital but she refused!?

i sounds like a blood clot, theses are normal women get them with periods its the linign of the womb, In older women periods can be heaver!.
if she looks pale or starts feeling faint call am ambulance other wise just ask her to see her doc if she wont cal them for a home visit all doctors will do this with a good reason like your!.

That's messed up!.
Did she have a miscarriage!? She hasn't gone through menopause yet so it's possible!. 53 is old to have a baby and miscarriages are more frequent in older women!. That could also cause heavy bleeding!.
Tell her to go to the doctor, even though she already refused!. Trick her if you need to!. Ask her to go somewhere with you and when you get her in the car drive to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
