I've taken a few weak hits to the nuts and even at low speeds it still hurts kind of!. If a dude took something like a baseball traveling at 10 mph or something higher, then he will be crying in pain!. Our testicles are sensitive!. Yeah it doesnt 'seem' to hurt as much as it hurts guys!. Obviously no one can compare but I've never seen girls collapse on the floor in pain from such an injury!.
