Is it my FIRST period?!!
Question: Is it my FIRST period!?!
Last night I wiped after using the bathroom and there was blood and some that pre-period discharge on it on the toilet paper!. I felt funky that day as well!. This morning I woke up and used the bathroom and wiped again it was pink and that was it!. I have a achy feeling below my belly button and around that area!. Could my period be close to starting or has it already started!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just started mine saturday morning,i started like this
my discharge had been a brown color for about a week or a lil more
and i wiped after peeing and it had a lil pink and i yelled for my mom to come here and i ask and she said yeah it probably would and i woke up the next morning and there it was

what you are experiencing is most likely spotting, which can happen before a period and means you are having your period!. if you had discharge and blood, you are most likely on your period!. The bleeding will probably come back!. If you had cramps and felt funny than it was probably PMS, which is common during the first few years!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

for cramps:
midol teen or advil
heating pad
drinks lots of water
eat bananas
drink milk
other:
give into your cravings(ex!. chocolate)
try not to be very active
rest alot
carry some tampons/pads around with you

already started!. tell your mom and dont be afraid to!. cuz wen i got mine i didnt tell anyone because i was embarassed because i was at my aunts house in another state!. (it was only me that went) but my aunt found out in the most embarasing way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
It has started!. Periods can spot and stop and start!. So keep pads with you where ever you go and put stars on your calendar to mark the days you have it !.!.!. in about a year you will start to see a pattern!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
