Question: Irregular periods,hot flushes,feeling sick
I am 33 years old Lately I have irregular periods, I feel sick,dizzy and get hot flushes and i am not pregnant!. Why must I be getting these symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you on the pill!? change your life style!?
if you're on the pill and recently changes, could be too much hormone!.
If you've changed your life, meaning a new job, added stress!.!. things like this can make you a bit irregular!.
Are you eating too much sugar!? Too much can give you that "high" and then when you get up, feel light headed and dizzy!. Low iron will make you feel this way, too and cause irregularity!.

33 is a little too young to start the menopause, but it could well be that!.
Go and get yourself checked out at the doctors!. it could even be a phantom or ectopic pregnancy!.
