Question: Please help!. tampon applicator cracked!?
I only have one playtex sport tampon and the applicator is cracked halfway down (starting at the top where the tampon comes out)

well if it doesnt feel like one part of the crack is sticking out more then the other side then i think it would be fine!.
but if it feels like its its sticking out then dont use it you could cut yourself!

Some tampons are sold without applicators at all so that they will be compact and easy to carry and hide!. Just take off the applicator and hold the tampon on the end of your finger and slowly push it in with your finger!. Make sure you get it far enough in so that it doesn't feel uncomfortable!. Yeah, that happens to those!. If you can still get it in ok, go for it, even if you have to use your fingers a bit!. If not, just use a pad (or balled up toilet paper if you have to!.) Or ask a woman you see for a pad/tampon!. Many women carry extra ones in their purses!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
