Question: What's a good diet pill
I what to diet and need to know what is a good diet pill I know you need to eat healthy and exercise too!.I just keep gaining weight and need a little help Www@Answer-Health@Com

No diet pill will be healthy or work for you!. If there was one that worked, no one would be overweight, and there would be no advertising for diet pills!

Make sure you eat well!. Eat some lean protein (eggs, chicken, fish, steak, lean ground beef, tofu, beans, turkey etc!.) and complex carbohydrates at every meal (sweet potato, brown rice, whole grain bread/pasta, baked potato with skin on, corn on the cob etc!.)!. Eat about 2 cups of fruit and 2!.5 cups of veggies a day!. Drink lots of water - about 8 glasses!. Make sure you don't starve yourself, which can and will lead to more weight gain!.

As for exercise, don't overdo it! Do about 30 mins of cardio at your level (walking, jogging, running, elliptical trainer, biking, swimming) 3-4 times a week and do strength training to boost your metabolism - get a copy of Shape or Oxygen mag and pick a routine from in there!.

There is not magic pill that will make you lose weight!. You need to eat healthy, and exercise, otherwise there's always surgery!.
