Question: Will I be short forever!?!?!?
I am a 16 year old girl!. I am 132 pounds and only 5'3!. On my mothers side all the women are around 5'6 and my dad is 5'11, his mother being 5'8!. I should be taller right!? But I've been told that girls stop growing when they are 15!. My mom stopped when she was 14!. Do you think I should be taller!? What can I do to help myself grow!?

Statistics show you will end up taller than your mother at least!. but who knows, you might just got some short genes!.
There are stories of people who grow well into their 20s, so it's always possible, just unlikely!. being 16, you will most likely still grow a bit, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You usually stop growing a couple years after you get your period!.

My doctor said you stop growing about a year after you start your period!.
I'm 15, and not growing anymore!. And I'm only 5'1!. :)
