Need help with missed periods..please help..!?!


Question: Need help with missed periods!.!.please help!.!.!!?
I'm 15 years old, going to be 16 in 3 months and started my periods when i was around 14!. After my first period i didn't get them again for around 6 months!. I had my periods in March missed April then they came back in May and June!. It's August now and i haven't started again!. I am not stressed out, have never had sex, try to eat healthily and i'm not an extreme athlete!. Is there anything wrong with me!? What causes missed periods!? How long should i wait before i should tell my mom or doctor!?

There's probably nothing wrong, it sometimes takes a few years for the hormones to get working right!. There's quite a lot that goes on to produce a period and your body is just working out the timing!.

But any time you are worried about your health, you should ask your mom or your doctor!. Your mom will feel great that you are able to ask her about personal things!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry its not uncommon during your first year to have irregular periods because it may take It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance!. Obviously being pregnant is a number one cause of missing periods but if you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include:

Gaining or losing a lot of weight,Usuallyy low body weight can cause irregular periods but obesity can also cause menstrual problems

If you are not eating properly such as Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa, If none of these are your reason i suggest you tell your mom because something serious might happen!. If its irregular now then its not certain to be irregular later as well try consulting your doctor about it

It's normal for your cycle to have not evened out and become regular yet, but as it's been like this since you were 14, you can talk to your mom or your doctor whenever you wish to really!. It's up to you!.

The fact that they're irregular now doesn't mean they'll always be!. Talk to your mom or dr to find out what's going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very normal to have irregular periods for a year or two after you start, so don't worry too much!. Since you are now becoming a woman, it's probably a good idea to make an appointment with a gynecologist and get checked out!.!.!.even if you aren't sexually active!.

the only thing I've heard is that being under weight can stop them or make them irregular!.I would tell your mom, she may have had irregular periods at your age and may be able to tell you whats going on!. As many starting ages do run in the family!. if not, i would go to the doctor when you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem as you at your age!. You should tell your mother now, so you can see a doctor!. If you are underweight (which was my problem) that will cause it!. Or, it could be hormonal, your thyroid, or pituitary gland!. It'll be better for you to find out early than later on if it is something serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your period doesn't really regulate itself for a few years, so it might still be regulating!. However, it could be your stress or your hormones!. Go ahead and ask your doctor about it at your next appointment, or make a new one either with your doc or a gyno!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It usually takes your body a few years to have the right balance of hormone levels!. I had the same problem for a few years, but now my periods are regular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's how I was for my first year!. It is off then on then off then on!. I am pretty sure you will be okay!. In the next month if it doesn't come you should tell your mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its very normal!.!.!.I am 19 and still havent had a regular period!.!.!.But I dont mind at all!.!.!.Periods can be a pain!. :-D
