Why dont women have a pocket on their stomachs like kangaroos?!

We're not marsupials, that's why!. Kangaroos (and other pouch animals) give birth to young that are barely bigger than a dime!. The baby animals have to crawl up to the pouch, which is full of mucous, where they live and grow until they're old enough to leave!. It's basically like a second outside-the-body uterus!.
