when i'm on my period, i always eat more than i normally do, is it noramal!? i feel alot more hungry and i'm always craving things like pizza and all that lol

Yes its normal! When I have my period I have cravings for either sweet
food or chocolate, or stodgy bad food such as chips or pizza etc! Its very weird but I only notice it during my time of month!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes god im like that aswell its just due to hormones every girl has it your bodys just after what it has missed from you loosing blood!. It is totally totally normal!.
