Okay can you tel me some sites that tlak about periods and that kind of stuff!.!.i have already started so yahh!. oh and can you practice using a tampon even iff ur not on ur period!?!?(like practice not keep it in at all!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont use a tampon when you arent on your period!. you risk rubbing those cotton fibers off and getting TSS!. tampons are easy and they dont hurt, specially after you get it down!. just take some time to yourself in the bathroom, wash your hands, have a mirror handy and some tampons!. i found it helped to discover your body first, find out exactly where your hole is, and stick your finer in alittle ways to feel how it goes in, you'll have a better understanding on how the tampon needs to go in!.

www!.beinggirl!.com is a VERY helpful site!. i go on there all the time and its just fantastic! it answers all you're questions, and you can also email the doctor that owns the site and she emails you back with a full, descriptive reply!. yes you can practice inserting tampons, but i don't recommend it!. it hurts when you are not on your cycle!. but if you do want to practice inserting a tampon, make sure to take it out RIGHT after you are done putting it in otherwise you can get TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) which is really not good!. hope i helped you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't put it in to practice but you can unwrap some and practice holding the applicator base (spirals) and pushing the long tube up through it and popping the tampon out the other end!.
