Question: Are you like me!? I've NEVER missed one period since I began menstruating at the age of!.!.!.!?
11 yrs old and I am now 30 yrs!. Not once have I ever missed a period!. Is this normal!? A lot of femals I've spoken to have missed a period or two in their lifetime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's a sign of how healthy you are!. Definitely not abnormal!. Decades ago irregular periods were more common due to lack of nutrients and so on but now more women are very regular than ever before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Up until I got pregnant 6 months ago I hadn't once missed a period either!. (am 23 and started at 13)
If anything I think I'd be worried if I DID miss one!. Regular periods show that your body is working exactly how it should!.!.!.be proud lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
