You may want to give birth control a try!. I take Yasmin and love it! I used to have very bad cramps and now I barely get them at all!. Bcps make your periods very short, usually only 2 or 3 days!. My period on birth control is not really like a flow, its more just like spotting!. Its great! So overall, I would highly recommend :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
