It depend on cell and nerve composition and development of a person!. (It also has a psychological side to it as well!.) I don't think this is something that you should worry about!. Nipple erection can be changed or varied from time to time!.

Mine are always soft and rounded unless I'm sexually aroused or cold!. The tip just blends in with the rest of the nipple (areola)!. That's very normal, don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
