Don't know where to start??!

Question: Don't know where to start!?!?
I'm 26 yers old and have been overweight since my teens!. I'm happily married but have decided it's time I do something once and for all to get rid of my excess weight!. I've tried various diets at times, once losing almost 4 stone, buts it's starting to creep back on, and this time I feel like I don't have the willpower to lose it again!. I don't want to try 'this seasons diet' I wasnt to do something long term and get some encouragement to do so but I don't know where to start!. Does anyone have any suggestions!? I'm feeling quite low about it :-(Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey one great peice of advice i learnt is that you should never dramatically change your diet!. All the best results are done with small changes and within time!.!.!.this principle applies with pretty much everything!.
Ok so write down everything you eat in a day for the first wekk and make healthier swaps, and then say wednesday afternoon friday and sunday afternoon you treat yourself to one of your favourite snacks!. Eat more friut and veg, eat carbs try eating whole grain ones!. Never skip your breakfast!. Get involved in an activity or a new job or project that keeps your mind off food for abit!. Make the changes gradually!. If you want the weight to fall of quickly the key is to exercise!. Everyone blabs on and says run swim jog blah blah, its hard and if you over do it then thats what happens when people dont stick to it!. Just become active and increase that level!. Start with doing something you feel comfortable with, like cleaning the house more, going on walks, then if you fancy go swimming!. Just dont be too strict all at once, its abit training yourself and changing your habits having a stronger mind set!.
and smile, believe in yourself, theres no need to beat yourself up, just keep strong and think of your end happiness!. Go into this with a postivie attitude and dont you dare tell yourself you cant do it girl, of course you can :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fad diets don't work for the very reason you said!. The weight always comes back on, sometimes double!. If you really want to lose weight, and maintain it, you have to completely change your lifestyle!. This means eating healthy (No diets or diet pills! They are very short term and can actually cause damage to your metabolism), and yes, exercising!. Do cardio to lose fat, and use weights to strengthen and tone!. You know those women who lose alot of weight from dieting and/ or cardio and then have excess skin!? That's because they didn't do weight training!. This is a lifestyle change you have to make, not a quick fix!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
