Question: I'm always very dizzy and confused when I'm hungry!?
Even if I'm not very hungry!.!. what's up with that!? I didn't feel that way before!. I'm 18Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can develop hypoglycemia as you get older!. It will make you dizzy and light headed like when you stand up or do any quick movement!. Does your vision go black for a few seconds!?!?
A good way to keep this under control is to carry small snacks with you!. Even if you aren't hungry you have to eat something!. It doesn't need to be big!. A spoon full of peanut butter usually does the trick pretty well!. You have to keep you sugar levels even!. Read up about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im the same way!. i realized this when i was around 16!. then my mom told me ur probably need to carry snacks around with u!. just in case u dont have enough time to get some food!. i get really dizzy i start feeling sick and i start getting a head ache!. it sucks i hate it!. cuz alot of people i'll know they will just feel hungry but they dont have the sytoms i have!. i guess cuz were all different!. i dont know if this has anything to do with it!. but im skinny not skinny skinny but just skinny!. maybe our bodies need food quicker than others i dont know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be that you aren't eating enough, dehydrated, stress, hormones, or other things!. I suggest making an appointment with your doctor so they can treat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
