My period is due in a week and my breasts are extremely sore!. I've had breast tenderness during PMS before, but this is awful--every little touch hurts, even the water from the shower head!. Is it normal for breasts to be THIS sore before a period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My breasts become painfully sore about 1 week before my period to the point where I wear a bra 24/7!. The only suggestion I can offer is that you wear a sports bra when possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That depends!. I don't know how old you are but if you are still an adolescent they could be growing which will make them very tender!. Also, is it possible you are pregnant!? Because that is a symptom!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
